The project involved all civil and electromechanical works – from construction to completion to maintenance – for a concrete structure on a raft foundation and all external finishes.
Mechanical Works
AKS (Al Meaiar) provided all sanitary fittings, cold-water supply system, hot water supply to all fixtures, air-conditioning works and fire-fighting systems.
